Who am I?
An HR professional with an unusual path, a bachelor's in actuarial science and an MBA, I built my expertise as much through education as through experience and encounters. I've worked in small and large companies alike, as both consultant and client. I know the reality on the ground and how to develop and implement simple solutions with real results. My strength: a clear-eyed view of the organization as a whole, which I turn into concrete solutions rather than just a diagnosis.
